First type is 3ply disposable face mask.It has three layers: 1 layer white PP spunbond nonwoven fabric+1 layer white meltblown + 1 layer blue PP spunbond nonwoven fabric.The usually sizes are 25gsm*17.5cm and 25gsm*19.5cm, but we can also do any colors and sizes as customers request.For meltblown quality,the normal filter is from bfe 95-bfe99,if it burns when you use lighter, it means the quality is low,the face masks is also low quality,good quality will not burn.And there have single nose wire,double nose wire,all plastic nose wire,round earloop of nylond and polyester types for making it.Different customers have different requests.
Second type is KN95 face mask.It has five layers:2 layers white PP spunbond nonwoven fabric+2 layers white hot cotton+1 layer white meltblown.The nose wire for it is use aluminum nose wire and the earloop is use flat earloop. This type protecting effect will be more will than 3ply disposable,but it's less breathable.
